CHINA TEXMATECH CO., LTD. is a China state-owned company specialized in textile machinery and technology, the company was originally affiliated to China Textile Industry Ministry, in 1998 it became key member of China Hi-Tech Group Corporation(CHTC) which is China's largest textile machienry manufacturer.
