Ningbo Jiangbei Qiyu Special Wheel is a professional manufacturer of three piece forged wheels. We use 100% 6061-T6 forged aluminum alloy to make every wheel. Quality, strength, design and after-sales service are the basis of which every hand crafted piece is made. We refuse to compromise weight or strength with the use of casting parts within our three piece products. Ningbo Qiyu possesses eight patents in the field of three piece forged wheels after independent research and development for years. The quality of our three piece forged wheels have passed several domestic and international quality inspections, including China Auto Parts Quality Inspection and the Technical Specification ISO/TS-16949. In 2010, Ningbo Qiyu was honored "Gold Award" by the committee of Shanghai World Expo. We can produce wheels from 18 inch to 22 inch with flat or concave design that fits any car models. The width range provides from 6 inches to 16 inches and all half-sizes in between. Clear coat, brush, high polish, powder coating and chrome are the common surface treatment that we use for rims and center pieces, while anodize and custom color powder coating are also in the option list for our clients. Our wheel is compatible for TPMS, and has flexible custom offset, which is capable of making offset specific concavity. Clients can make custom design on their wheels as well. We are not only making the wheels, but providing the opportunity to our customers to be part of this business.
