Shehkai Precision Co., Ltd. was established in 1992. We started the business with the capital of USD330 thousands and developed continuously until today with a total capital of USD6.5 millions. We are one of the largest leading manufacturers, domestic suppliers & exporters of 300 series of Austenitic stainless steel bi-metal self-drilling screw as well as A2 and A4 stainless steel screw in Taiwan area. Our factory is located in Kangshan Town, Kaohsiung County, in the South of Taiwan area. Our factory covers a total land area of 3400sqm and the building area is about 6000sqm.Being the leader of this industry, our goal is to provide our customers with the most competitive price, with our latest technology & the best quality for just-in-time delivery. Our continuous innovation program for our special production process is never ended. To ensure better service for our customers, we have adopted ERP system to control the production process, which allows us to trace the most updated information and prevent any possible mistakes during the production.We continue to expand our product lines by investing and establishing new subsidiary business unit - Shehkai Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Product Specialized Unit, in July 2007. The unit is located in Luzhu Town, Kaohsiung County, covers a total area of 5000m2. Our main products include 200 & 300 series of stainless wire rods. Our monthly production capacity reaches 400 tons per month and the wire diameter ranges from 1.6mm to 20mm. The wire rods are used for Shehkai as well as the down stream makers who produce screws, bolts, nuts, spring wires and machine parts.
