Established in 1997, Jinan Yinjian CNC Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd is the largest provincial high-tech enterprise dedicated at the R&D and manufacture of dynamic balancing machine, comprehensive vibratory inspection bench, checkout equipment-specialized online networking system, numerical control machine tool and industrial marking machine. Over the past decade, we have consistently adhered to the principle of self-innovation following the path of independent R&D. Meanwhile, the ISO9001:2000 Quality System and other international standards in the industry have been strictly abided by us with respect to the design of product principles, the development of software and appliances, the processing of parts and components, overall assembly and after-sales services, devoting to design and manufacture the most qualified dynamic balancing machine and other CNC equipment for customers down-to-earth. Up to now, scale production has been realized concerning our nearly one hundred models of dynamic balancing machines in six major series, as well as four series of economical CNC lathes, pneumatic marking machines and other CNC products. In 2011, the wholly-owned Shandong Yinjian CNC Equipment Co., Ltd. was set up as the production base of dynamic balancing machines on the land of over 50Mu, containing 10000 square meters of workshops for offering more superior products for our customers. Dynamic balancing machine, one of our leading products, with a sales volume of over 3000 sets and exported to Myanmar, Thailand, Uzbekistan, Iran, etc., has been widely used in motor, fan, water pump, automobile, textile, chemical engineering, agricultural machinery, petroleum machinery, paper-making machinery, printing machinery.Our self-developed Y(R)YW-1 balancing machine software is issued with the national-level software copyright certificate and many product patents due to its convenience in application, high accuracy and small fault rate. In 2006, we took the lead in designing and developing the Windows-based measurement system specialized for industrial-level dynamic balancing machines, which has been unanimously popular ever since its release and resolved many technical difficulties encountered by users during dynamic balancing detection.In addition, we also further expand the application in professional balancing machine field. For example, the HBM-291 crankshaft dedicated software is developed aiming at large-scale crankshafts, which has been proven with outstanding effects after being used by numerous crankshaft manufacturers, simplified the process of measurement using simply one measurement system even for 13-cylinder crankshafts, signified the most advanced crankshaft balancing computing software with six kinds of built-in automatic computing optimization programs and filled in the blank domestically through the ZichaiBoyang Company's large nine-cylinder crankshaft project.New development:With the developing trend of new energy vehicles, we gave a deeply study and integration on the whole electric vehicle source in China and built up our international market and technic department especially dedicated at electric vehicles. We actively invested in respective production bases and enterprises who own different technologies and product advantages of new evenery vehicles in Shandong,Jiangsu, Zhejiang,Hebei,Henan,Guangdong provinces.According to different requirements from international market, we cooperate,develop and grow together, meeting the market needs from different countries and regions in Asia, Australia, Africa, America,Southamerica, Europe. The Annual output and trade volume increased year by year. We planned an investment in 2017 for building up an industrial park in Qihe,Shandong and establish Shandong New Energy Vehicle Co.,Ltd. which will have scaled production buildings,warehouse occupy 60,000 square meters and will have latest equipments,technologies and strong service team to undertake overseas orders and projects.
