With the resources integration from Yantai Universal Machine Tool Accessory Group, the ownership reform was accomplished in Oct.2013.There are 700 employees and more than 100tecnnical and engineering staff working in the company ,Covering area of 180 thousand square meters on land with 80thousand square meters of building space in three different locations, fixed assets of 500M RMB ,over 600 sets of completed machining and testing equipments with which 300thousand pcs of machine tool accessories including NC turret \rotary table\dividing head\rotary table and 100thousand pieces of chuck are produced . The company is one of the biggest CNC machine tool functional parts manufacturer in China and the supplier for more than 100 domestic machine tool builders and 40 countries and regions overseas customers. With over 60 years' experience in R&D of machine tool accessories and NC function parts,the company is a high-tech enterprise of Shandong province, member of the general directors of China machine tool industry association machine tool accessory sub-branch association; Secretariat of metal cutting machine tool standardization committee. The R&D center of company was awarded Research center of NC machine tool accessories engineering in 2010 and advanced unit of national machinery industry in 2014.At present,the company has 6 invention patents,38 utility model patents and a design patent. "Universal"brand won "Shandong Famous Brand"and our products won Shandong Famous brand products in 2006.For the past years, the company has developed industry-university-research collaboration with Chongqing University,Jilin University, Nanjing University of Science and Technology,Nanjing Industry University,Yantai University,Beijing Machine Tool Research Insititute,Suzhou Electromachining Machine Tool Research Institute and etc.for many years.Since 2009 the company has completed 15 special programs for CNC machine tools from Ministry of science & technology and Ministry of industry & information,among which 4programs are acted as the project responsible unit and the rest 11 programs are acted as the united application member unit.A strong technical workers team including 2 provincial level master technicians \179 city level technicians \41 advanced level technicians \ and 138 general level technicians are working in the four technical working stations.With complete performances from roughcast production\precision machining and testing capability to professional assembling, the company can provide first class technique manufacturing for the customer.
