C. Comprehensive Instructions
I. Spraying System:
Etching section adopt quick disassembling cone-shape nozzles
Rinsing section adopt PVC sector shape nozzles
II. Filtration System:
Each spraying process adopts multiple filtration system which is used to protect water pump and drenching process. Especially on aspect of maintenance, our company adopts repeatable PP platy strainers which have long service life and are easy to clean.
III. Drive System and Conveying System:
1. Adopt imported variable frequency drive motor to guarantee conveying performance;
2. Main drive system: Adopt stainless steel shaft and imported PVDF bevel gear which are beautiful and wear resistant;
3. Hard roller with smooth surface to ensure conveyor stable and not scratch to substrate
4. The chemical tank adopts tilting bottom for the convenience of cleaning residual liquid;
5. The machine adopts overhead cabling which is not only safe but also beautiful;
