How to use

Four options:

A. Automatic start charging

1. Turn on the power switch, the display shows the standby state, then starting completed;

2. As shown, plug in the charging plug, the charging station indicator shows green, when the charging lamp flashes, it means that the charging has started;

3.after charging is completed, pull out the cable and insert the cable into the socket or on the cable hook.

B. Button start charging

1. Turn on the power switch, the display shows standby, start complete;

2. As shown, plug in the charging plug, the charging station indicator shows green, press the right button of the charging station, when the button lights up as shown, the charging lamp flashes and flashes, indicating that charging has started;

3. After charging is completed, please press the button, pull out the charging cable, insert the cable into the socket or store it on the cable hook.

C. Key start charging

1. Turn on the power switch, the display shows the standby state, start the completion;

2. As shown, plug in the charging plug, the charging station indicator light is green, and there is a keyhole on the right side of the charging station. Insert the unlocking key and twist it 45 degrees to the right. When the charging lamp flashes, It means that charging has been completed;

3. After charging is completed, please pull out the key and insert the cable into the socket or on the cable hook.

D. Swiping start charging

1. Turn on the power switch, the display shows the standby state, start the completion;

2. As shown, plug in the charging plug, the charging station indicator shows green, use the charging card to start charging, when the charging lamp flashes, it means that charging has started.

3. Please re-swipe the card again and the charging is completed, then put the cable back into the socket or on the cable hook.

E. How to know the charging status

Good to know

-Persons who install and use charging poles must observe the principles and regulations to ensure the personal safety and equipment safety of the personnel concerned.

-Before powering on the device, please confirm that the device is properly grounded to avoid unnecessary accidents

-All tools used do not need exposed metal parts should be insulated to prevent exposed metal parts from touching the metal frame, causing a short circuit.

-Do not modify, retrofit, or change any part by yourself under any circumstances.

-Ensure the service life and operation of the charging pile are stable, and the environment for use of the equipment should be kept as clean, constant temperature and humidity as possible. The charging pile must not be used in the presence of volatile gas or flammable atmosphere.

-Be sure to confirm that the input voltage, frequency, circuit breakers and other conditions of the device have already met the specifications before the device is powered on.

4. Do your products have quality certification? How long is the warranty time?

All of our EV charging products posses with CE, TUV certifications, J1772 products posses with UL certification. Generally speaking, the warranty time is 1 year.

5. How do you deliver your goods to me? How long will it take?

We have various ways of shipment for customers to choose, DHL, TNT, UPS, Air freight, Ocean freight. If not have the special requirements, the weight of products less than 50kg will be arranged by DHL (3 days), the weight of products more than 50 kg will be arranged by Ocean freight (30 days). But pls note that this is just the time of transportation, the producing time of products will be varied from 3days to 10 days due to the quantity of order, the level of busyness in production line.

6. Can we require you to print our trademark into your products? Do the color of plug and cable can be customized made according to our requirements?

We support OEM production, but the order quantity must be more than 100pcs.

The color of plug and cable can be customized made any colors on the basis of your requirements, the order quantity must be more than 200pcs.

7.  We need to connect the industry plug to J1772 plug with 7m length of cable, however, we don’t find the similar products in your website.

The products displayed in our website are mainstream products, we can connect any two kinds of plug, but some of which need certain quantity to be customized connection. If more detailed requirements, pls contact us.

8. How is your product quality? In case of problem occurs, what should I do?
