QJZ—300 type mud cleaner (Hereinafter called cleaner) is a new solid control equipment which our company use high technology to design. It is used to remove 20~120 μm drilled solids for saving mud and preparing for centrifuge to remove smaller the particle, thus you can effectively control the quality of mud to speed up drilling well, particularly in drilling deep oil well.

The drilling liquid cleaner is fixed drilling liquid solids control equipment consisting of desander,desilter and shale shaker. It integrates the performance of aforesaid three equipments, featuring large disposal capacity, rapid treatment speed, less energy consumption, occupying small space, etc. It receives the most welcome in the international drilling market.

The desander plant systerm cleaner is mainly used to remove finer solid particles from the drilling fluid. The equipment desalination capacity than the previous desander to increase 30% -50%, in order to improve the drilling speed and reduce the cost of drilling to provide reliable protection, and can play the role in the deep well desander and desilter.

Mud cleaner consists of shale shaker, desilter, desander, its technical data to see table 1, table 2 table 3.
