*  Why does a person need to prepare several binoculars with different specifications?

    For example, on a clear day, it is suitable to use the 8×21 binoculars to observe the birds away from 10-20 meters. If observing the eagle cave away from more than 0.5 kilometers, you need 20x80 binoculars with tripods. If you walk in a dark forest, you need to take an 8x40 or 10x50 binoculars.

    We offer not only customized service, but also products with our own design and brand.

*  About quotation:

    Quotation to customers is based on EXW or FOB terms.

    Please kindly note that due to changeable foreign exchange rate, the validity of our quotation is one month. 

*  About payment:

    Alipay is the first option and prior to other payment methods. We can also accept payment by paypal, T/T, L/C and etc.

    Please kindly note that in order to give the best price to customers, there is not any possibility for us to cover all of cost by bank or other relative payment platform.

*  About lead time:

    Regular lead time for one product is 20~30days. However, that depends on different models and customers’ reuqirement.

*  About package:

    For individual product, depending on different models, we have giftbox or blister package for choose.

    And then, we pack cargo with cartons.

*  About international transportation:

    For order with small quantity, can be shipped by FedEx, DHL, TNT or EMS express service.

For large quantity, usually be shipped by air or ocean transportation.

We also have service to ship cargo to Amazon warehouse directly.

*  About samples:

    Sample can be produced as customer’s requirement.

    However we will charge sampling cost and this cost will be returned to customer from the first formal order.
