Main Features

1.It can compatible with any roll to roll label printer, cut any shape prints.
2.Label Studio software: designed by Australia DragonCut Company, it can create and print the register marks automatically, so that the labels are plotted with high precision.The distance between each label can be adjusted easily, avoiding material waste. PDF files can be made for printing on any roll to roll label printers.
3. Automatic contour cutting: With the assistance of optical sensor positioning systemm, register marks created and printed by LabelStudio are automatically scanned and the labels are plotted with high precision.
4. It also can sense different media's light-reflection to adjust sense sensitivity by itself to upgrade the cutting precision.
5. The material to be plotted is fed from a roll and also made available on a roll for further processing. Waste materail will be removed automatically and rolled up.
6. Thanks to the registration mark's special inline technology, the VCT-LCR label cutter achieves a very high speed when compared to regular cutting plotters and thus offers a high throughput of produced labels.
