This drink mixer is designed and made for improving the proportion of water, syrup and carbon dioxide.

It is suitable for mixing all kinds of carbonated drinks, such as soda water, carbonated juice, cola and other soft drinks.

It adopts foreign advanced technology-static mixer to lighten water layer, increase carbonizing time, assure mixing result and deoxying.

The pre-cooled and pre-carbonized liquid flows through the inlet valve into the pot, in which, there is carbonic acid gas as well.

The liquid flows out the groove and turns into a liquid curtain for better cooling and good carbonic acid gas absorption.

Finally, the treated beverage liquid, powered by the carbonic acid gas pressure, flows into the filling machine.

Quality materials are used for this machine. Especially polished and sanitary steel is used for parts directly contacting the liquid.

The machine is designed for various beverage productions. Besides the two-step carbonization, high CO₂ content and low production temperature ensures the volume ratio of CO2 and 1L water to be 3.5-4.2.

The machine is made of top quality material. All parts contacting with the beverage are all made of top quality stainless steel and polished to meet the regulation of foodstuff as well as applicable to produce all kinds of soft drink. It has the advantage of double carbon acid.

Q How long can you arrange delivery?
A About 30 days after we received the deposit payment, all the machines will be ready. You are welcomed to test the machine in my factory or we send you video of your machine running. Then you arrange the balance payment and we will pack the machines with wooden case and arrange the shippment by sea or by train.
