1. Single tank carbonator/CO2 mixer

Product structure and process:

3. High ratio 5 tank carbonator/CO2blender
1. Provide degassing, mass flow mixing and bicarbonation of syrup and water. All pressure vessels are designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with the applicable provisions of the ISPESL Code (Standard). 2, A degassing system that removes air to a low level (1ppm residual oxygen) for stable foam-free filling. The system consists of a stainless steel degassing tank driven by a vacuum pump into which water is sprayed as a fine mist in a CO2 atmosphere. 3. A proportioner provides fully automatic control of two streams/syrup mixing. Flow control is recipe based. The system includes the following quality components: 4. The syrup tank is equipped with a liquid level control system and a syrup mass flow meter to ensure tight mixing and repeatable operation. Two control valves are used to regulate the syrup flow rate from the test results. 5. Two centrifugal mixing pumps and a linear carbonation injection control system to maintain +/-0.02 volume/volume carbonation control. This range is maintained by measuring the CO2 flow in a CO2 mass flow meter and controlling it through a modulating valve at a rate proportional to the product flow. 6. A buffer tank with capacitive liquid level control to control the system flow according to the formula reflected by the liquid level of the finished product in the tank. A capacitive level probe system provides continuous level indication to the PLC for fine tuning and adjustment of mixer flow. The finished product is discharged to the filling machine. 7. One Control Package provides automation system for precise process mixing control. Kits include a suitable PLC, control program, video graphic operator interface with information and control screens, and all necessary process sensors and safety protection equipment. System software includes system schematics, recipe manager, production displays, trends, alarm screens with full security password protection. 8. One control panel, made of stainless steel, with PLC; electrical switch; relay; and control flow meter system. A color touch screen operator interface is installed on the surface of the panel. The panel door is equipped with a safety electrical disconnect latch and the door is fitted with a gasket. 9. A set of pneumatic devices, including: all air valves, air switches and air pipes, and a tubular stainless steel base for mounting most of the components. The base is of welded construction and includes adjustable stainless steel legs and high density polyethylene mounting pads.
