YCK-2AM is specially designed for small card factory.
Punch layout is A4 2x5.
It is featured in manual feeding, mechanical locating and accurate moving distance.
The punch mould is motivated with powerful motor.
The punch mould applies imported Japanese mould steel.
It is easy and simple in operation.

YCK-2AE

YCK-2AE is specially designed for small card factory.
Punch layout is A4 2x5.
It applies PLC and GT01 Mini industrial touch screen made by Japanese PANASONIC and automatic feeder.
The KEYENCE optical fiber sensor is applied to locate the punching mark with accurate moving distance.
The punching head is driven with powerful motor.
The mould applies imported Japanese mould steel.
It is easy and simple in operation.

YCK-2A/3A/4A/5A

Controlled through PLC by Japanese Omron, it adopts LC industry touch screen of WeinView MT6056i by Taiwan.
The material feed system adopts servo motor by Japanese YASKAWA, high-precise ball screw and plane guide imported from Japan in order to ensure smooth moving and accurate moving distance.
High sensitive KEYENCE sensor to read position marks to ensure accurate and reliable location.
The hydraulic pump from Taiwan is featuring low noise and large flow. The quality hydraulic valves from Taiwan and the American seals have long service life.
The punching mould driven by hydraulic cylinder can work smoothly and reliably with low noise.
The punch mould is made with imported Japanese mould steel.
Its software function is strong; different cards can be set into different step distances.
Punching precision can be ensured even in the situation of material distortion or mechanical abrasion.
Punching speed is 30% higher than other brand product.
