 This equipment is used to clean the surface of reinforced metal. It can remove scale and rust for different kinds of steel. This equipment is widely used, with high degree of automation. The workpiece is self-in and out, which meets the production requirements of the assembly line. The structure of the machine is fed by the feeding mechanism. Roller, shot blasting machine, feeding roller, feeding mechanism, air control system, electronic control system and dust removal system. The shot blasting machine consists of a blasting chamber, a blasting machine assembly, a blasting hopper and a grille, a slag separator, a hoist, a platform ladder railing, and a pilling system. This machine is characterized by PLC electrical control, air valve cylinder pneumatic control unloading system, projectile control gate and projectile transport fault detection, which realizes automatic control of the whole machine, which has the characteristics of high productivity, good reliability and advanced automation.
