1. What materials does this model can work on?

# acrylic, plywood, wood, leather, cloth, plastic, glass(engraving only), double layer plastic, maylar, pet film and so on
nonmetal materials, if metal with coating or Alumina also can be engraved.( you can tell us what you want to engraving and
cutting, Maximum size and Material thickness. We will recommend the model that suits you and the power you need.)

2. If don't know how to install and use, can you help?

# yes, our pleasure to help, we offers all life free tech support, during warranty except consumables, if machine parts problem,
we send you new replacement, out of warranty, we still can help you check your machine no matter when need us help, if need change
parts will give you good price.

3. Will the machine ready to work after we receive it?

##Almostly, we will send you free spare parts with machine, after you open the package, you install it with our instructions, if budegt enough, you can buy a water chiller CW3000 or CW5000 together with machine for better cooling laser tube. If not enough,
just use the free water pump we send you, and prepare a water tank to hold water.

4. How you delivery the machine to me?

## There are 2 ways to send the package to you:

1st send you by sea to your seaport in CFR terms, need you pay your seaport mixed fees and customs tax, clear customs yourself, if can not do yourself, you can look for broker to help you. (20-60 days or so, economical way, suggest!) (Normally we offer you bill of lading, invoice, packing list, if need other documents , let us know in advance please)

2nd tell us your city and post code to check courier cost for you, as machine is big and heavy, send by courier, cost will be high.
