The following short description gives the working procedure in outline. It can in certain details be modified when required.
Step 1. The tank bottom – plates are placed on the prepared foundation and welded together.
Step 2. The beams or lattice work of the roof are assembled and finally joined to the upper rim of the shell ring.
Step 3. The jacking equipment is installed in the tank. The plates of the second shell ring (next to the top ring) are positioned outside the first one.
Step4. The completed part of the tank (roof and top shell ring) is lifted hydraulically to a height at which the plates of the second ring can be moved into place and the roof sheeting can be completed.
Step5. The plates of the second shell ring are located exactly and welded together to the lower edge of the first ring.
Step6. The plates of the third shell ring are placed outside the second shell ring.
Step7. The completed part of the tank (roof the two uppermost shell rings) is lifted.
Step8. The above cycle of operations is repeated until the last (bottom) shell ring is finished.
Step9. The entire tank is lowered down to the bottom plate and welded to this.
Step10. The lifting equipment is dismantled.
1. DELIVERY
25 days ex-work subject to receiving the 30% Payment of the total contract value. It requires another 30-45 days for China domestic transportation, documents preparation and sea shipping;
2. PRE-ACCEPTANCE
Buyer is encouraged to visit Seller in Nanjing, P.R.C. to inspect the performance of the equipment and verifying the equipment suitability for the intended purpose before shipment.
3. ON-SITE INSTALLATION
If required, installation and training can be provided by seller at site, accommodation, transportation, medical care, food and two ways flight ticket shall be provided by the Buyer for seller training Eng. Each Eng. will charge $200/day. Seller will Provide 1 engineers to support client to construct tank in one month. If the construction period is extended because of buyer’s reason, the manpower charge shall be USD200/day/engineer.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
30% down payment after signing agreement, 70% before shipping.
5. VALDIITY
This quotation is only valid for 30 days.
6. LIMITED WARRANTY
A) Equipment
The seller warrants all new equipment to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of one (1) year from the date of shipment, provided that the equipment is installed and operated according to factory’ s instructions.
