We have six port sizes to choose from: 1/16", 1/8", 3/16", 1/4", 5/16" and 3/8".
Four shell materials: PVDF/PP/ABS/PA66
Three diaphragm materials: Silicone/V it on/EPDM
Check valves of different materials can be used for different applications
If you need ozone resistance, we recommend PVDF check valves
If you need high temperature resistance, we recommend PVDF material and PA66 material check valve
If you need low temperature resistance, we recommend ABS material
If you need corrosion resistance, we recommend PVDF and PP materials.
If you need resistance to oil, diesel, gasoline, we recommend PA66 material.
If you're not sure which check valve to choose, check out some points and we'll advise you:
1. What size check valve port do you need? or the inside diameter of the hose to which the check valve is connected.
2. Where are the check valves you use?
3. What medium can the check valve contact? such as air, ozone, water, oil (gasoline, lubricating oil or cooking oil)
4. What is the operating temperature of your check valve?
5. What is the valve opening pressure you require?
