Raw material -- drawing -- cold heading -- flash evaporation -- heat treatment -- grinding -- grinding 1 -- grinding 2 -- grinding 3 -- washing -- inspection. All balls must pass a passivation procedure. Each process has professional inspectors.
They will check the steel balls every two hours to ensure the correct diameter and a good surface.
