The product has the advantages of high gas production, convenient maintenance and good heat dissipation. Electrolyzed water generates hydrogen + oxygen, and hydrogen and oxygen are ignited to generate water. There is no trace of contamination in the process. Add water after the droplet, the product only consumes electricity. The product structure is designed with transparent acrylic, and the reaction process is simple. The remaining solutions are intuitive and easy to explain the principle and process. This product can be used for teaching, glass heating processing, jewelry heating processing, oxyhydrogen welding, thin metal cutting and various heating.
Notice:
1. Moisture inside the product is normal. We do a seal test before shipping.
2. Please wait for more than 30 seconds before ignition to prevent explosion caused by tempering.
3. Do not close the spray gun valve after power on. To shut down, first close the gun valve and cut off the power immediately.
4. The temperature of the combustion gas is extremely high and should not be touched by hand.
Use process:
1. First dissolve sodium hydroxide in water to form a saturated solution.
2. Pour the liquid into the reactor along the copper tube. Liquid height is about 3/5.
3. Screw on the copper tube, and then add more than 2/3 of the water to the acrylic tube.
4. Open gun valve.
5. Wait half a minute and pump down the air.
6. Ignite the hydrogen.
7. If you need to shut down, be sure to turn off the spray gun before turning off the power.
