1. Why the machine is so expensive?

The price we offer is include full set of  machine, and also we offer professional pattern making software. After we send the machine to you, if any technical support needed, we will always online . 

The machine has auto feeding, mark detection , contour cutting and also waste dealing system. The U disk interface and copy 500 times can make the machine continuous cutting 400m length material !   The price you got now will creat several times profit later.

2.What if I don't know the machine usage? 

No matter the machine operation or software usage, we all provide the guide video. If any question about the machine working, you can send video to us and then we will find the solution ASAP. 

3.How's the machine quality?

The machine weight is 70kg, strong enough in this kind of machine.  no matter the machine upside and roll stand downside, we all adopt the best aluminium material. If operated properly, the service life will more than 5-10 years or more and more.  

Production Process:

Before we assemble the left and rigth side cover of the machine, the carriage will be tested 24 hours continuously to ensure the good working condition.   ---- No worry about the dead achimne !

Every machine will be tested in two parts:  normal cutting and  contour cutting. 

Our technician will adjust the machine parameters and setting to reach to the best. After All these steps finished, the machine will be sent to package.          ---- No worry about the cutting problem !

Packing process

When the machine is in  packing area. Workman will use special water to clean the machine.                                                                                                           ---   No worry about the dirty machine !

The machine body will be packed by plastic film, and then covered by foam in left and right side. This will reduce the collion of the handling and shipment.  --  No worry about the broken machine!

About the accessory box:  The standard box include:  three blades, one blade holder, one pen holder, USB cable, serial port cable , power supply cable, Guide CD, warranty card.   These things will be colleced by special man to ensure everything is prepared.   -- No worry about the part lost !

The whole machine will  be packed by wooden box. No worry about the roll stand installation !
