1. Mix all the ingredients with a mixer, grind the soap bars with a three-roll mill, make soap bars with a vacuum bar press, and cut the soap with a punching machine.

2. The distribution box is used to control all the motors of the machine, and the conveyor belt is used to convey the soap material.

3. The water pump is used to make water to cool the vacuum laminator, and the vacuum pump is used to evacuate the soap material.

Laundry Soap Making
1.This laundry soap production line uses soap bars (soap bars) as raw materials.
2.Production starts with mixing soap bars, perfume pigments, etc.
Then the mixed soap powder enters the three-roll mill through the conveyor belt to make soap flakes.
3.The soap flakes are then converted into the desired long bars of soap through a bar press.
4.Then the long bars of soap are cut into bars of the desired size by a cutting machine (there are two kinds of cutting machines, one is mechanical and the other is automatic).
