The DVS3722B is a fully digital three-phase stepper driver based on DSP control with a voltage range of 80V to 290VAC. It is designed for all kinds of three-phase hybrid stepping motors with an outer diameter of 57mm to 130mm and a regulated phase current of 1.3A to 7.0A. The circuit it adopts is similar to the servo control circuit, which makes the motor run smoothly without noise and vibration. Also, its torque is much greater than 2-phase and 5-phase hybrid stepper motors.

1. The driver has self-protection function when the input voltage is lower than 80V or higher than 290V.
2. The input control signal is 5V. When it exceeds 5V, the current limiting resistor should be connected. The driver is designed with a 24V signal interface.
3. The input pulse signal is valid on the falling edge.
4. The drive fan only operates when the drive temperature reaches 48ºC.
5. Alarm indicator lightALMWhen the temperature of the driver exceeds 80℃, the light will be on and the driver will stop working. It started working again until the temperature dropped to 50°C. A heat sink is required when overheating occurs.
6. When there are more than two drives in a cabinet running at the same time, the distance between each drive should be less than 5cm.
7. Alarm indicator lightALMLights up when an overcurrent (load short-circuit) occurs. Please check the motor wiring and other short-circuit conditions, and then turn on the power after troubleshooting.
