Our warranty covers only defects arising from normal use of the product, andThose don't apply to any:
1. Improper or insufficient maintenance
2. Misuse and misuse
3. Damaged by incorrect voltage usage
4. Physical damage (e.g. device dropped on the floor or no water, broken casing, etc.)
What is the repair and exchange refund policy?
Exchanges and refunds are made for defective oversized items only. For the machines used by buyers, we can only support repair services.
Refund:We accept refunds if you report a problem to us within one week of arrival, we only do it with you. Pay after receipt of return
exchange:We accept exchanges if you report a problem to us within 1 month of arrival. Buyer needs to pay sea freight.
repair:We provide free spare parts during the warranty period. The buyer should provide the serial number and photo of the defective machine, and the buyer needs to pay the shipping cost.
We only support and repair our sold out items, please do not return items from other sellers.

What about taxes and duties shipping back to us?
Taxes and import duties are not covered by the warranty. We are not responsible for any customs detention or import duties
