1. QJ series drilling fluid sand and mud removal integrated mud cleaner, referred to as integrator, is used to separate the solid phase particles in the drilling fluid treated by the vibrating screen.
2. This mud cleaner can integrate a set of desanding cyclones and dredging cyclones on a vibrating screen. The drilling fluid is firstly separated by a desanding cyclone or a desilting cyclone, the overflow is returned to the circulation system, and the bottom flow is screened by a vibrating screen. When necessary, the vibrating screen of the integrating machine can be used as a pre-stage vibrating screen.
3. The cyclone is made of wear-resistant special polyurethane material, which has good anti-fluid erosion performance. The feed inlet is designed with a smooth transition, which is conducive to improving the separation efficiency. The structure is smooth and the design is reasonable.
4. The desilter is distributed in a circular shape, so that the pressure and flow of the cyclone are even.
