1. Baking:The working temperature of the batch roaster is 200-210°C for 20-30 minutes. Using a batch roaster will bake up some delicious smells.
2. Cooling:The peanuts are sent to the cooling belt for cooling.
3. Peeling:Put the roasted peanuts into the peeling machine to remove the red skins, rub the red skins with double rollers, the simple cyclone system sucks the red skins away, most of them are put into half slices, and then fall into the selection conveyor belt, the end - roasted without blanching The peanut kernels are picked manually or mechanically. (to be used with manual conveyor in quotation).

4. Grinding:A steel mill is used for primary grinding; a colloid mill is used for secondary grinding, the grinding fineness is controlled below 7um, and the grinding temperature is controlled below 68°C.

5. Cooling and stirring:To make the butter more homogeneous, the reground butter should be cooled immediately. The temperature should drop by 45°C.
6. Vacuum:Store and remove air bubbles from butter for short periods of time.

7. Filling:Fully automatic filling machine, the finished peanut butter filling is 50-1000ml/bottle, 10-60 bottles/min.
