Minimum Order Quantity We always keep some bikes and parts in stock for our retail store. We do not have a minimum order quantity for any of our products in stock. - Delivery time For bicycles and spare parts in stock, it takes 7 days to inspect and pack before shipping. For custom orders, it may take 35-50 days, depending on the product and order quantity. -Payment termFor small order, 100% needs to be paid in advance by TT. If the order amount is more than USD 50000.00, 40% deposit will be prepaid by TT, 60% balance will be copied by TT and BL. L/C at sight is acceptable. - Shipping We can arrange air, land and sea shipments. -Warranty period 1. After the product container arrives at the port of destination, the 6-month warranty period of the motorcycle starts. 2. Parts with normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty. 3. The engine clutch is out of warranty. 4. Warranty coverage only applies to engine internal parts (except clutch), drivetrain, front fork and rear shock absorber. 5. Customers have a 20-day grace period to notify zuumav sales team of errors and/or quality issues in writing after receiving the goods from the port of destination. If the buyer has not received the buyer's notice within the 20-day grace period after the goods arrive at the port of destination, the buyer shall not refuse to pay the balance on the grounds of errors, defects or quality problems.
