Combustion System
The furnace group adopts a regenerative combustion system, which is an advanced technology in the field of low nitrogen oxide emissions and high-efficiency combustion. The combustion system is fully automatic by PLC, with perfect interlock and alarm functions. The main flame of the aluminum melting furnace adopts manual control of large and small fires, which has good energy saving effect and realizes intelligent management.

Furnace door and opening and closing system
1) Use a suitable size furnace door: it is convenient for forklift loading and slag loading. It also avoids overheating of the furnace body caused by excessive heat dissipation when the furnace door is too large and when it is opened.
2) Lifting: equipped with sprockets, chains, and counterweight cylinders. The counterweight barrel is lifted and lowered electrically, and the operation is simple and reliable.
3) Compaction: Self-weight compaction is used to save travel switches and improve the reliability of the furnace door.
4) The counterweight bucket of the furnace door is equipped with a guide groove to ensure that the counterweight bucket does not shake when the furnace door is raised or lowered.
5) The lower part of the furnace door is equipped with a slag guide plate, so that the aluminum slag can enter the slag hopper smoothly, and prevent the high-temperature aluminum slag from deforming the steel structure of the furnace body.
