Product Description:

Cylindrical roller bearings are separable, easy to mount and dismount, feature more outstanding especially when they are used on bearings requiring interference fit between inner and outer rings with the shaft and housing. Cylindrical roller bearing is contacted with the revision line between the rollers and the raceway, which is of elimination of edge stress. Comparing with the ball bearings with same boundary dimensions, cylindrical roller bearings have larger radial carrying capacity. In structure, this type of bearing is more suitable for high speed rotation.

Cage Material:
When the outer diameter is less than (inclusive) 400mm, solid brass cage or steel press cage are adopted for single row cylindrical roller bearing. When the outer diameter is more than 400mm, brass cage and pin-type cage are adopted for four row cylindrical roller bearing.

Various Types:
N Series: The inner ring has two integral flanges and the outer ring is without flanges . Axial displacement of the shaft with respect to the housing can be accommodated in both directions within the bearing itself. The bearings are therefore used as non-locating bearings.
NU Series: The outer ring of bearings of the NU design has two integral flanges and the inner ring is without flanges. Axial displacement of the shaft with respect to the housing can be accommodated in both directions within the bearing itself. The bearings are therefore used as non-locating bearings.
NJ Series: The outer ring has two integral flanges and the inner ring one integral flange. The bearings are therefore suitable for the axial location of a shaft in one direction
NUP Series: The outer ring has two integral flanges and the inner ring one integral flange and one non-integral flange in the form of a loose flange ring. The bearings can be used as locating bearings, i.e. they can provide axial location for a shaft in both directions.

Attention of Strage, Installation, and Using:
1. The bearing should be stored in the environment of dry, clean, ventilation and also the environment should without causticity gas
2. When installation, uniformity assistant tools should be used, especially the pressure can't transit to the rolling element.
3. If there is already dedicated grease in the clutch bearing or any sealed bearing, it is not neccesary to clear the bearings when installation.
4. When the bearing is in using, you have to keep the bearing in good lubricity and away from dust with its seal.
