Before our 2000L LPG tanks are shipped, we will use advanced testing equipment to conduct a series of tests to ensure the quality and safe use of the tanks. Such as nondestructive testing, air tightness testing, water pressure testing, heating process, etc.
Standard Finishes: Our standard finishes for exterior surfaces are highly effective against corrosion. First, the entire tank is sandblasted to remove rust, sprayed with primer, and then sprayed with polyurethane topcoat for double-layer anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatment. For customers in some special environments, we have developed an anti-corrosion type to prevent acid and alkali, thereby prolonging the service life of the product in special environments.
