This machine is manually moving screen frame registration, all screen frame positions are correct for any pallet, and the other pallet is correct, and then the user can register. No need to correct color positions one by one.

Functions and Features:

1. Both the screen frame chuck and the pallet can be rotated 360 degrees, and the user can operate at any position or any pallet position.

2. The user can complete the overprint positioning of all screen frames at any station. If the position of all screen frames at any station is correct, and the position of the other station is correct, the user can start overprinting. There is no need to correct the position of each pallet.

3. Each screen frame fixing device is equipped with a precision positioning wheel, when the positioning iron on the am is tightly attached to the positioning wheel, the printing accuracy can be guaranteed.

4. Each screen frame fixing device is equipped with large lock wheels. When two large lock wheels are touched, the screen frame is easy to fall into the metal positioning wheels, and it can also prevent the positioning iron from directly colliding with the metal positioning wheels.

5. Each screen frame fixing device is equipped with an adjustable height chuck positioning knob and an adjustable height knob when lifting the screen frame.

6. According to the weight of the net frame, the spring tension can be adjusted through the basket screw to achieve balance.

7. The width of the screen frame chuck is (7.9in) 20cm, which is suitable for the screen frame whose outer diameter is within (20in) 50cm and thickness is within 4cm (1.6in).

8. Frame chucks adjust to substrate height up to 5 cm (2 in).

9. The tray is fixed directly to the tray arm with screws.

10. The T-shirt tray of this machine is 55cm (22in) long, 45cm (18in) wide, and 1.8cm (0.7in) thick. The surface of the furniture is made of melamine high-density board with small pits on the surface, which is more suitable for printing T-shirts when scraping the tray glue.

11. This machine is a combined structure with a total of 4 boxes, which is small in size and more convenient to transport. According to the installation diagram and configuration installation tools, the machine can be installed.
