Application:

JFP-110ACapsule polishing machine is a kind of capsule polisher with function of not only polishing capsule, but also automatically reject low weight capsule; loose piece and fragments. It is suitable for sizes without the need to change parts.

Instruction and features:

1) Small size, good looking, adjustable for height and angles. It can be connected to any types of capsule filling machine. It is realized to polishing while producing timely to raise quality and efficiency.
2) It can sort out capsules with low weight, empty body, scrap and loose piece automatically to meet GMP standard.
3) High quality stainless steel is used inside medicine-polishing chamber. Dismount the equipment adopts quick connecting parts, make dismount the machine easily and washing clearly.
4) Main axle has quick detachable brush and bearing, which can be dismount when washing. The brush hair will not fall off, and meet the needs of different medicines for changing release brush.
5) It adopts transducer to make the machine running more stably and operation convenient.
6) A safety device for operator and the machine is equipped. The speed of motor is controlled by converter. The polisher can continue to work for long time and stands moment of force.
