3. Main structure and functionThe machine has 6 working axes. The first pair of axles carries cardboard. The eccentric right handle of the upper axis can be adjusted according to the thickness of the cardboard. The distance between the two axes is suitable for carrying cardboard. The second pair of axes are slotted axles, and the eccentric right handle is adjustable for cardboard thickness; this is a good distance for cardboard slot cutting. The processed cardboard is transported out of the machine on the third axis, and the pressing plate presses the cardboard to prevent the tool from lifting it. To prevent clogging, there are 6 shaving paper tools to remove paper scraps at any time.4. Operation and adjustmenta) Before starting the machine, you should understand the main functions and structure of the equipment and be familiar with the entire operating rules. b) Before turning on the power, check the equipment system and motor. After turning on the power, make the motor rotate but not move forward, then turn it around and check the direction of the motor. c) According to the size of the cardboard to be processed, loosen the horizontal and vertical handles and adjust the size. Place the cardboard stably before starting production. d) The cardboard is available in 2mm thick and 5mm thick. Place the cardboard on the workbench, fix the cardboard in the middle of the two slots with screws, and finally feed the cardboard into the first part of the shaft. It delivers the cardboard into the first section of the shaft. It can pass cardboard with a length of 800mm and a width of 300mm. e) According to the size of the cardboard slot, adjust the upper shaft wheel cutter, loosen the 3 screws on the left, and then turn the wheel cutter shaft according to the scale for adjustment. f) A machine has six 180° wheel cutters and six bottom groove cutters, and the cutters are distributed on 12 tool holders. You can loosen the brackets on the base of the tool and adjust the distance of the cardboard drag chute.5. Machine maintenance and lubrication:a) The bearings used in the machine should be inspected, repaired and cleaned every six months to one year. Other sliding parts should be added with 20# to 30# engine oil every six months. b) Before starting the machine, check whether there are any debris in the wear groove and keep the workbench clean and tidy.
