Product Description

***G-630/G-800 cylindrical grinder is suitable for grinding the outer surface of cylinders and cones; UG-630 universal cylindrical grinder is suitable for grinding the outer and inner surfaces of cylinders and cones.

***The longitudinal movement of the workbench is driven by hydraulic pressure or hand wheel. The workbench can rotate at a certain angle and is suitable for grinding tapers.

***The transverse feed of the grinding wheel frame is hydraulically driven to achieve automatic periodic feed and rapid feed. Coarse and fine feeding can also be carried out through the handwheel. The workbench and grinding wheel frame guide rails are lubricated by static pressure, and the low-speed movement is smooth.

***The main shaft is supported by high-rigidity static pressure and dynamic pressure bearings, so that the main shaft has high rotation accuracy and perfect rigidity.

*** The workbench uses a variable frequency motor to achieve stepless speed regulation. The spindle of the UG-630 workbench adopts a sliding bearing structure.

***Front bearing clearance adjustable to suitCenter or chuck for grinding. With the UG-630, the work head can be rotated to any position within 90° of its counterclockwise direction, so it can be suitable for grinding the inner or outer surface of a cone.
