If you don't use oven to dry the film, then you need to put it dry naturally 30 mins. But it takes long time to print a case. Otherwise, the color printed on the case would be lighter or other problem. So if you use the oven, only 15 mins would be done. And nice printing.

The Process of Printing 3D Sublimation Coated Phone Case (Shenzhen Caseblanks Technology Co., Ltd)

1,Printing the images onto the 3D sublimation film with low-temperature sublimation ink;
2, Put the sublimation film into the vacuum sublimation film oven for drying the film. 10-15 mins.
3, Put the 3D phone case onto the jig, and put the 3D sublimation film on to the tray, close the tray and lock it;
4, Put the tray into the middle of the machine, pre-heat 15 seconds, then press vaccum, and sublimating with 6 minutes @ 140 centigrade;
5, After sublimation, take off the 3D sublimation film, and cool in natural environment in 1 minute, no need cooling jig because it is no shrinking.
