production process:The machine is divided into ten tons and five tons, and the main raw materials are used waste tires with a diameter of 2.2 meters.

The main process flow is as follow: the waste tire is send to the the reactor by the auto feeder, then the temperature of the reactor will keep rise by the furnace (the maximum temperature can reach 400 degrees), the high temperature turn waste tires into fuel oil and oil gas, then they enter the up cooling pipe and through oil water separator the fuel oil and some fuel oil which is preliminary condensed store into the first oil tank, the other oil gas will continue to condensation by the condensate system (the whole The whole process is under negative pressure though negative pressure system)

With the help of the condenser , The oil gas through cool pipe store into oil tank step by step, The oil gas will continue to be condensed twice at least, make sure that we can get the best fuel conversion rate.
