Product Description

TH-658A/B Computerized Automatic Heel Lasting Machine

This machine can complete the shoe upper and the back of the shoe in one go. The PLC system is equipped with a touch screen to operate the machine with graphic symbols. The setting of parameters (time and stroke) is entered via numeric keys. It has key switch protection to prevent unauthorized personnel from reading or changing it. Error diagnosis can be read on the touch screen.

The heel belt transmission adopts a chain mechanism, the side help device adopts a four-finger help structure with overlapping help area design function, the finger help mechanism is designed with left and right balance adjustable, and has two-level operating pressure settings to achieve special reverse pull on the side help and heel area, the heel help device and the top cylinder adopt double sensors, and the machine operation is safer.

This machine can save 4-6 people of labor.
