4. Multiple control modes, automatic quantitative feeding, intermittent quantitative feeding, button and foot-operated quantitative feeding, and adjustable chocolate flow.

5. Night mode, keep the chocolate melted and keep the power consumption low when the device is not in use. The corresponding temperature can be set according to different situations.

6. The auger screw can rotate in different directions, which is very useful for cleaning and emptying the nozzle.

7. When you press the pedal, the chocolate is pumped up, and when you release the pedal, the chocolate in the spiral is sucked back into the insulation area.

8. The drum and spiral parts have independent temperature control systems.

9. You can set the temperature of the bowl and pump according to your special needs. The upper temperature limit is 65℃.

10. Preset temperature for different processes. For example, 55℃ for melting and 38℃ for storage and serving. Then the machine will automatically keep the temperature at 55℃ when melting. After it is fully melted, the heating system will stop working until the temperature drops to 38℃, and keep it at 38℃ to serve customers.
