Q1: How long is your warranty period?

A1: All our products come with a standard one-year warranty on wearing parts. In addition, we will provide 1% quantity of consumable parts with the container.

A2: T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment), Western Union, MoneyGram, DP, LC.

Q3: What is your MOQ?
A3: Accept sample order or test order. General order: 1*20GP or 40GP, 40HQ mixed container.

Q4: What are your trade terms?
A4: Full container, FOB Guangzhou or Shenzhen. If the container is less than full, the price is 10% higher, EXW factory or will send it to your warehouse in Guangzhou.

Q9: What grade of stainless steel is used on the machine?
A9: Usually we use SS201 as the machine body and front. We use SS304 for some parts.
