Workflow: Raw water pump → sand filter → activated carbon filter → water softener→Security filter → high pressure pump → RO component → UV sterilizer→purified water
Function:
1. Quartz sand filter - mainly used to remove sediment from water.
2. Activated carbon filter - mainly used to remove residual chlorine and other organic gases in water and remove the taste of water.
3. Water softener - uses the most common and simplest method to exchange calcium and magnesium "ions".
4. High-pressure pump - provides high pressure to RO membrane RO.
5. RO system - the main part of the device. The RO membrane has a desalination rate of up to 99% and removes more than 99% of ions.
6. UV Sterilizer - Kills 99.9% of known harmful bacteria.
What is an RO water system?
reverse osmosisPure water equipment technology is currently the most advanced and energy-saving membrane separation technology. Its working principle is to remove dissolved salts, colloids and microorganisms under the action of osmotic pressure. Since the pore size of the RO membrane is very small (only 10A), other substances cannot pass through the semipermeable membrane. Compared with ordinary ion exchange methods and distillation methods, RO membrane desalination technology is more efficient, cost-saving and reliable. Widely used in electronics, electricity, photovoltaics, beverages, medicine, chemicals, petroleum industry, reclaimed water reuse, seawater desalination and other fields.
