Semi-automatic tire recycling production line contains tire wire drawing machine, tire shredder, wire separating machine, granulating machine.
Tire wire drawing machine: Remove the main steel wire from the bead rings.
Tire shredder: Shredding the whole tire into a block (40-50mm).
Wire separating machine: Separating the wire from tire block and crushing into granules (10-15mm).
Granulating machine: Output size 0-7mm.
Simple tire recycling production line contains wire drawing machine, shredder, wire separating machine, magnetic separator, granulator, vibrating screen and fiber separator.
