DG32K3 ladder truck is a kind of compact fire fighting main vehicle which is driven by full hydraulic pressure, full rotation, combination arm (two groups of telescopic arms + one curved arm), and is mainly based on high altitude rescue and has the function of extinguishing fire. The vehicle is widely used in high-altitude fire rescue operations in cities, factories, mines, ports, and other places. It is the first choice for extinguishing high-rise building fires, rescue personnel in distress and rescue of property.
Advantages and highlights
1. The chassis of the vehicle adopts the original Germany Man TGM 18.290 4×2 chassis, with nine forward gears, one reverse gear, and the maximum speed is not less than 96km/h; the engine model is D0836LFLAL, the rated power is 213kW; the emission meets the requirement of the national V emission standard; it has the ABS anti-lock function; it adopts the electronic control module control and hydraulic assisted shift, the operation is stable and reliable.
2. The ladder truck is equipped with an American Akron 3578/5177 electronically controlled fire monitor in front of the working platform to achieve high altitude and ground fire extinguishing operations. The water inlet and control valve are fully equipped and easy to operate.
3. It uses CAN bus PLC control. The upper vehicle operation can be carried out on the turntable as well as on the work platform. The humanized multimedia display system on the control console can display the dynamic working parameters of the whole machine at any time and perform safety control. The electronic amplitude limiter equipped makes the whole operation simple, safe and reliable.
4. This ladder truck uses advanced electro-hydraulic proportional control technology. The main electrical and hydraulic components are imported, all of the imported hydraulic sealing components and high-precision pipes adopt hydraulic hard pipes.
