Atlas Robots is a Spanish engineering company with 10 years of experience. We are experts in the design and development of robotic installations for the automatic palletizing and depalletizing of boxes, sacks, boards, glass, drums, and everything. We use components from the best brands: KUKA, Siemens, Leuze, Lenze, Festo, Sick, etc.We develop our palletizing cells with reconditioned robots from the automotive industry. We inspect and overhaul them so that they remain 100% operational for many years to come. In this way, we contribute to a circular economy that reduces industrial waste. This, combined with our agility in project development, allows us to offer a highly engineered product at a price that any small or medium-sized company can also afford. A standard Atlas Robots project costs a third of its competitors. This allows companies that never thought of automating their processes to afford it. These are robot cells that pay for themselves within 18 months on average.To capture the product, we design and develop the gripper that attaches to the robot head, as well as the necessary peripherals (conveyor belts, wrapping machines, etc.).Our robotic installations are extremely easy to use, with no prior knowledge on the part of the operator.Our projects are "turnkey", once installed in the customer's home, you only have to press a button to start working. They are managed by an intuitive touch screen HMI system.We currently have more than 200 installations in Europe and Latin America. We work with local sales agents and partner companies to provide immediate and personalized service to our customers.In addition, we have developed an automated guided vehicle AGV that is half the cost of its competitors. We have done this by eliminating features that the customer never uses, and we have left the features they really need. This vehicle can transport any type of load on a pallet, with great stability. It moves by means of an opto-guided system and reads codes to make decisions.At our headquarters in Valdemoro (Madrid) we have a multidisciplinary team of professionals made up of industrial designers, assemblers, welders, programmers, and an administrative and commercial team.
