Automate and automate your pallet manufacturing process from start to finish. At Atlas Robots, we have developed an innovative and unique pallet manufacturing system in-house by robotics. The factory's robotic engineering allows for the construction of a pallet with automatic staples every 30 seconds. When the coil runs out of pegs, your gun automatically reloads.

Our pallet making robots can manufacture any pallet format, simply select it from the control screen. Once complete, the system will sound an alert. Then load the necessary items to be loaded into the collection area as recipes. They then take care of depalletizing, placing, nailing the elements (planks, skids and cleats) by building pallets that will be marked and placed on the output stack.

It's a brand new contraption, made from a restored robot. This, combined with our experience and the large number of robot installations we carry out each year, allows us to offer unbeatable prices. It costs half the installation price of competitors.
Our idea is to bring automation also to small and medium-sized companies that never thought they could afford a bag palletizing robot.
