Description:
The CETATEST 815 series includes fully automatic working leak tester for the detection of untight parts within the cycle time of the production process. The method is based on the comparison of the pressures in the test part volume and in a tight reference volume (differential pressure method). A variety of available pressure ranges and test types result in a variety of possible applications.
Special versions:
With the 815 HP-PR in the High-Pressure variant, leak tests (for example of the housing and the seat of injection valves) up to a test pressure of 400 bar can be carried out according to the pressure rise method. The primary circuit is charged with the test pressure (max. 400 bar). The leakage measurement takes place in the secondary circuit. The CETATEST 815 HP-PR is available as a single-channel as well as a dual-channel device.
The variant 815 Low Pressure enables leak tests at very low test pressures of +/- 5 mbar and +/- 50 mbar.
