Answer: Our first company was established in 1996, and after 22 years development, now we have 5 factories in different cities. Every factory performs its own functions, Jiangxi factory for low voltage product, Qingxi factory for midium voltage(160v&250v), Huizhou factory for high voltage(400v&450v), and Shenzhen factory for cuting and taping.

· Are your capacitors new and original ?

Answer: Our capacitors can accept any kinds of testing. Including Capacitors voltage range, Dissipation factor(DF), Leakage current, ESR and ESL, if there is any quality problems or any false data, we will take all responsible.

· What is your warranty ? How to solve if quality problems?

Answer : Within 12 months warranty after package have been received . If any quality problem and if you are unsatisfied with our product, please send it back for a full refund. 

· Can your company OEM or ODM for me?

Answer: Sure, OEM and ODM are available. What you have to do is give us authorization,quality acceptance criteria and capacitor designing requirements.

· How to pay the order ?

Answer : We could accept T/T , Escrow , Western Union and Alipay .After the order have been confirmed the invoice will be sent to you for reference .Then make payment as the way you like , as soon as the payment have been confirmed ,we will arrange shipment within 3 days .

If large amount, 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance when the products are finished.

·  What is your lead time ?

Answer :There are no lead times for in-stock products. Most of the parts could be shipped out within 3 days after payment.

If the order quantity is large, we usually need 20-30days to prepare material and produce goods.

·  How about the shipping time?

Answer:Usually it takes 5-7days for Express,7-10days for Air,25-40days for sea,it also depends on the destination. 

· May I have a sample for testing ? 

Answer :Yes ! Samples are available. Only pay shipping cost, we can supply free samples for your testing .
