Product Description

Introduction:

1. AUTO dry mortar production line

2. It is designed to product exterior wall thermal insulation dry mortar, putty etc.

3. It includes a primary screw feeder, sand or cement silo, auto batching system, sand dryer, main mixing machine, secondary screw feeder, storage bin, automatic packing machine, other connecting devices.

Technological Process:

Batching to lifting to mixing to weighing and packing to automatic palletizing

First the sand will be dried and then deliver to the silo by bucket lift. And cement or other ingredients will be stored into the silo via pneumatic conveying system. The ingredients product will be auto batching and then deliver to the mixer. After mixing, the materials will be packed or stored into the silo by bulk truck delivery, other bags will be transported to pallet via auto pallet system.

It is widely used for putty powder, dry mortar, bonding mortar, plaster mortar, masonry mortar, mortar floor, special mortar, powder coating, etc.
