DZS-200 screw press separator

DZF-200 Screw press separator consists of shell, Filter cartridge, screw blade compression device, lever device,hydraulic system , pipe ,motors, Reducer, control cabinet and a bottom frame etc.

Working principle:
Feeding raw material into the screw press separator,the screw device will press the material continuously to the separator.Material between screw blande and filter cartridge to be squeezed.The liquid material pass through the Filter cartridge under the pressure , and the solid material discharge from the  outlet .

1. Fruits , vegetables and flowers juice:
     (Roots, stems, leaves, flowers, fruit and other materials juice. )

    Fruits: apple, pear, ginger, grape, pineapple, kiwifruit, mulberry, blueberry, orange, wolfberry and so on. 

    vegetables and Flowers :such as chrysanthemum,  rose, beet, red fruit, Jerusalem artichoke, aloe, olive, pomegranate, etc. 

2.Solid-liquid separation:

     Food Industry: distillers' grains,carrot peel, potato residue,, seafood waste, bean sprouts residue, tobacco, beet residue,tea      residue, vinegar lees, beer meal, coffee residue, Corn skin, fish surimi, shrimp residue,chicken residue etc.

Q:What factors I need to get a quotation?

A: Material size and bulk density,height of discharge port, ideal capacity for proper type is recommended. product material requirement (carbon steel Q235A, stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316,etc.) Voltage & Frequency(Hz) is also needed for a precise quotation.

Q:What is the real delivery time of your factory?

A: 7 to 15 days for general series products, meanwhile, batches products & customized products would need 30 days to 60 days based on different situations.
