Vertical Style Glass Wash Machine Mechanical Structure Characteristics
The vertical washing machine with its robust structure in stainless steel, is equipped with 6 sets Germany brushes which has a anti-static and waterproof function.Independent motors for each brush to ensure washing reliability , in particular is the absence of vibrations.Independent stainless steel tanks are provided for washing & rinse section in order to avoid the mixing of dirt,it also accelerate water filtering and recycling. Both drying air and conveyor belt in an automatic control which are synchronize work or stop. The Low-E glass would detected at entry, the front hard brushes are then automatically Lift up and washed with other sets Low-E brushes. There three washing zones including Pre-washing area, main washing areas and spay washing zone, which are all equipped with three pairs of brushes. The special blade structure nozzles of the drying area ensure the residue-free drying of the glass passing through. The roller brushes and transport devices automatically adjust to the thickness of the glass sheet.
