1. The production of 5 tons is recommended to use billet 60*60, which can save investment costs and better match the production requirements.
2. This type of rolling mill is divided into 3 categories: 1. Simple, 2. Semi-continuous rolling, 3. Continuous casting and rolling
3. According to the customer's raw materials, production, investment costs and current conditions, we recommend the most suitable steel production line to our customers. If the billet is 5 tons of raw material, 60x60 billet is recommended, and 7-10 tons is recommended to use 90 billet. This can be based on the customer's final product specification and the customer's existing billet.

Advantages of induction steel billets induction heating furnace:
1. The utility model has the advantages of obvious energy-saving effect and 20% saving compared with common equipment.
2. it is with high power factor and keeps over 0.98 with high order harmonic wave pollution.It is no need to add reactive power compensation device and harmonic wave control device.
3. It can achieve that one power supply cabinet for two furnaces.Transformer utilization rate is high.
4. The two furnaces can cast simultaneously and also can supply continuously molten steel casting.

 Rolling mill is mainly used in steel factory which produce deformed bar, wire rod, channel steel , flat bar,steel plate or other products.
Deformed bar hot rolling line is divided into continuous rolling and semi-continuous rolling.For continuous rolling, rolling type is double-groove single-line.
Billet hot charging and directly rolled reduces the billet storage procedure compared with traditional production type. It reduces storage area, as a result factory area is reduced and investment is saved, cash flow is increased at the same time. Billet hot charging and directly rolled make cold billet heating procedure before rolling unnecessary; it increases yield rate, reduces energy consumption and lower the production costs to attain better economic benefits. It also reduces scale generated in heating furnace by secondary heating and increases 0.3-0.5% yield rate.

Q1: Our workers are not professional on the induction furnaces, how can we solve that?
A1:Don’t worry, when the induction furnaces arrive at the clients’ plant, our engineer will go and assist in installation, commission, and training until the workers can operate by themselves.

Q2:Which kind of power supply do you supply? Electricity or gas?
A2:Electricity.

Q3:What about your package? If damages happen, how do you solve?
A3:We take container loading, wire fixing. If damages occur, we will send the spare parts for you.

Q4:How can I trust your company and machine?
