Features

1. Three-layer structure of furnace body.The inner layer is a high heat transfer wear-resistant steel that increases the carbonization temperature. The middle layer is asbestos for insulation. The outer layer is painted steel.
2. Various heating methods.The heat source can be firewood, coal, natural gas, liquefied gas, burner, electricity, etc.
3. The furnace door is sealed with graphite packing.This prevents air from entering the hearth and increases charcoal production.
4. Green energy saving.The scavenger tank removes the fumes produced during the carbonization process. The purified gas enters the combustion chamber through pipes, and is then ignited to heat the furnace. In this process, no harmful gas is emitted, and the consumption of heating such as wood, coal, liquefied petroleum gas, etc. is reduced.
5. Guide rails and loading baskets.They are unique equipment for horizontal carbonizers. Workers can load wood or briquettes into steel baskets and push them into the carbonization chamber. This design greatly saves labor costs and makes the operation easier.
